This Division is into building of coldrooms ranging from 5 m/tons to 10,000 m/tons. 

We rehabilitate existing old and dilapidated coldroom, thereby bringing them back to new.  We have various brands of New compressors and Evaporators in large quantities in stock to back up our claims.  Ranging from 3 horse powers to 30 horse powers.

To ensure that our after sales service is dependable we have a lot of spare eveparators and compressors in stock.

 

Brand new doors, hinged or sliding are available also.  A large stock of insulated wall and roof panels ranging from 80mm to 160mm are also available to embark on any size of coldroom which we might be requested to build in any part of Nigeria and West Africa. 

 

Our Condensing Units, no matter how small, are fitted with, oil separators, suction accumulators, oil pressure start and pressure start.  They are fitted with power surge protectors to prevent damages from power fluctuations. 

 

Our foreign technical partner is a Dutch company named Bouwman Bedrijfs koeling B.V. based in Harderwijk, the Netherlands.  This company advices and also up-date us from time to time on newest techniques on the refrigeration business.
